Bennett Residence, Sun Valley
The second residence designed for Marshall Bennett in 1969-1970, this 3,500 sf vacation home is sited on a steeply sloping mountainside in Sun Valley, Idaho. It was organized as a series of one story pavilions around a circulation gallery that included stairs and a ski lift. Completed through Construction Documents in 1970, the house won recognition with the First Design Award from Progressive Architecture magazine in 1971.
