An addition to and renovation of a two story commercial building in Greenwich Village in New York City, created a single-family residence of approximately 11,000 sf. The project maximizes outdoor terraces as extensions of the building’s social spaces, and creates special rooms for the owner’s interests in music, video, and communications technology.
Designed in 1995 -1996, construction was completed in 2001 at a cost of $2,000,000.
